2022年8月5日至6日，第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」金银奖逐鹿演讲在线上顺利举行，近400位来自中国大陆、中国香港、中国台湾、美国、英国、德国、意大利、新加坡、日本、泰国等国家和地区的项目主创角逐年度金银奖中和符咒。
在激烈的全球竞争中，第八届「CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国」优秀奖获奖率31.07%，银奖获奖率4.66%，金奖获奖率4.51%中和符咒。
8TH CREDAWARD Gold and Silver Award Online Competition Presentation has been successfully held on August 5th to 6th, 2022. Nearly 400 chief designers from Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, China, America, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Japan, Thailand and other countries and regions competed for the annual gold and silver awards. In the fierce global competition, the rate of Merit Award of 8TH CREDAWARD is only 31.07%, the silver award winning rate is 4.66%, and the gold award winning rate is 4.51%.

以关键词为“理想中的医院是什么样的”来对社会进行调查，得出五花八门的答案，反应出现有的医院无论是在生理和心理方面，环境方面都无法满足要求，这些对理想医院的的呼声对于拉差普吕克医院的设计方向起到至关重要的作用中和符咒。这所新医院址的设计旨在“把可怕的医院变成大家熟悉的家园” 并设定下列目标：1 建造一个有利于“身体抱恙，心灵健康”的心理康复环境的方法 2 能实现高效工作和管理的医院 3 与项目所在地周边环境相呼应的医院。
In the beginning of the new Ratchaphruek Hospital, brainstorm processes were discussed by various professionals towards the important keyword “What is your dream hospital?” Many divergent answers reflected both physical and psychological needs such as “Feel like home”, "Not busy, not crowded", "Not get lost", "A hospital that understands the local culture", "Smell of the hospital that is not the medicine" and "Hospital like home". The design of the new Ratchaphruek Hospital is intended to "Changing the horrible hospital into a Home that people are familiar with" (from Hospital to Homepital) through the following goals:
1. Creating an environment that is conducive to psychological healing, "even if the body is sick but the heart is not sick"
2. To be the functional and manageable hospital
3. To be the hospital that synchronizes with its context and surrounding

路劲·隽芳华长者社区会所采用结合东方文化与长者需求，打造乐活LOHAS康养体系，意为“健康可持续的生活方式”，用心筑造生命芳华的国际长者乐园中和符咒。围绕长者高品质物资与丰富精神文化需求，芳华藏书院、品茗茶艺区、作品展示区、花艺工坊、集市餐饮区、缝纫俱乐部、咖啡休闲吧、理发SALON、解忧杂货铺、健身活动馆、休闲时光机等各模块区域，生动地讲述了一段关于人文之家的故事。
RK PROPERTIES JUNFANGHUA SENIORS’ COMMUNITY uses a combination of oriental culture and the needs of the elderly to create the LOHAS(Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability) recreation system, which means "healthy and sustainable lifestyle", to create an international paradise for the elderly that is full of life. The various modules, including the Fang Hua Bookstore, tea and tea ceremony area, artwork display area, floral art workshop, marketplace dining area, sewing club, coffee and leisure bar, hairdresser's salon, grocery shop, fitness activity hall and leisure time machine, tell a vivid story of a humanistic home.

Shanghai LuJin JunFangHua project is located in Xiaokunshan Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai.The design fully combines the characteristics and needs of the elderly in Shanghai, advocates LOHAS lifestyle aesthetics, advocates natural, delicate and healthy lifestyle, and realizes the construction of community living places for the elderly under high volume ratio.To build a highend URBAN CCRC retirement community integrating Lilong block, shared garden and living station. The overall design of the project is based on the needs of the elderly, fully combined with the characteristics of Shanghai and life style, and strive to create a better life for the elderly.

如何让我国老人享受独立舒适的晚年生活成为了本案设计的出发点中和符咒。设计针对老年群体的行为模式特征以及身心需求，从养生养性养心三个维度出发，打造一个融入东方智慧的中国式CCRC养老社区。本案从自然出发，回归养老本质，打造殿堂级的颐养圣地，静享浮华之外的理想居所。
How to let the elderly enjoy the independent and comfortable life in their later years has become the starting point of the design of this case. The design aims at the behavior pattern characteristics and physical and mental needs of the elderly group, and creates a Chinesestyle CCRC elderly care community integrated with oriental wisdom from the three dimensions of health, sex and heart. This case starts from nature, returns to the essence of providing for the aged, creates a palace level nursing home, and enjoys an ideal residence outside the glitz.

项目坐落于正佘山下，背靠佘山，四面环水中和符咒。占地面积约15万㎡，绿化率超60%，容积率仅0.5，疏朗规划着数栋墅式居所和三层洋房，交通便捷，景观和商业配套优渥。本案业态类型涵盖别墅、会所、公寓式酒店等，且外部资源优势明显，包括4A景区、高档社区、高尔夫球场、五星酒店、大学城等。旨在为高端人群打造的度假休闲第二居所和退休长者养生的第一居所，与传统养老社区相比，更强调养老与酒店的融合及度假感的营造。
The project is located at the foot of Sheshan Mountain, backed by Sheshan and surrounded by water on all sides. Covers an area of about 150000 sqm, afforestation rate exceeds 60%, capacity rate is only 0.5, planning several luxury residence and three houses, convenient traffic, landscape and business supporting participating, aimed at the highend crowd holiday leisure create the first second homes and retirement elderly health home, compared with the traditional pension community, more emphasis on feeling of pension and the fusion of the hotel and resort construction.

德国布莱梅大学与华西口腔医院及科图设计强强联合，旨在打造中国高端口腔医院，医院配置远远领先全国同类中和符咒。项目大胆打破同类型医院设计风格，在契合品牌“科技+体验”的理念之外，将建筑的灵魂、光、景和影，重塑于建筑与空间布局之中，通过外部视觉感官体验与内部品牌灵魂产生微妙的链接。立面设计元素以德国三色国旗为支撑，“黑、红、金”三种高饱和色彩的使用，极具表现力，形成强烈的昭示性。
Bremen University, West China stomatological hospital and Ketu design alliance aims to build a highend stomatological hospital in China, and the hospital configuration is far ahead of its peers in the country. The project boldly breaks the design style of hospitals of the same type. In addition to conforming to the concept of "technology + experience" of the brand, the soul, light, scenery and shadow of the building are reshaped in the architectural and spatial layout, and subtle links are generated with the soul of the internal brand through external visual sensory experience. The facade design elements are supported by the German tricolor national flag. The use of three highly saturated colors of "black, red and gold" is highly expressive and forms a strong publicity.
